Finance the restoration of art works
More than 10% of the museum’s collection works need serious restoration, which today is possible only at the extra-budgetary expense. The restored exhibit will be accompanied by information about the benefactor.
In 2018, with the Krylov family’s charitable funds, Konstantin Makovsky’s «Romeo and Juliet» was restored and decorated. Thanks to Andriy Fedoriv and Esther Katz, «Hutsulska couple» by Tatiana Yablonskaya and «Meat» by Vasily Yakovlev were restored. The Kyiv Ventilation Plant financed the restoration of the frame of Ivan Aivazovsky’s painting «Sheep Bathing».
